Dear priests, dear friends in Christ, at the very beginning of this meeting, I would like to greet you all from the bottom of my heart. I'm very joyful. I'm happy because I'm able to be with you especially during this merciful time of Lent.

News and the message our Lady has been giving to all of us for last 44 years and I would like to speak to you in a simple way. I would like to talk to you in a simple way. The same way our Lady talks to us because the Mother always speaks in a simple way.

In order that Her children can understand so that we can hear better. Through these 44 years, people pilgrims come to me and they say the same thing. They say our Lady has been repeating Her messages. And She says, "Pray, pray, pray."

Mother has to repeat. in order that Her children do not forget.

There is no mother in the world who says to her child something one time and then she didn't have to repeat that again. Every mother needs to repeat it. So 44 years ago on 24th of June 1981 I was 16. I was a child.

And on that day, our Lady knocked at the doors of my heart. She chose me to become Her instrument, to become instrument of hers and God's hands. For me and for my life, for my family.

This is a great gift but at the same time it is a great responsibility, and I know that I was given a lot by God. But I also know that He asks a lot from me. And you know, whoever is given a lot by God, that person also knows that God asks a lot.

All of you came here. All of us came here to the source, to the well. The Gospel says all of you burdened and tired, come to Me. I will give you rest. I will give you strength. And we all came here to Jesus. We all came here to find rest within Him, to find peace in Him, joy, love, life. Because nobody else can give us that but Him. The world cannot give us this. We will find everything in Jesus.

As I said in 1981, I was 16. It was a rough time, a difficult time. I was working very hard with my parents. We used to grow tobacco, and I worked in vineyards. And every day in that difficult work we were doing, I always ask my parents when the feast holy days would come in order to have rest, that I could sleep maybe a bit longer, that I could play soccer with my friends. And that day came, 24th of June. It was Wednesday and it's a feast day of St. John the Baptist. And on that day, as on any feast day, our parents let us sleep a bit longer.

But not that long because we had to go to church for Mass. And I can recall very well that morning. My mother came maybe five, six times to my room just to wake me up. Mothers, you know what I'm talking about. But you see, there was not much thinking, and I got up quickly. I woke up my brothers and we walked through the fields to get to church and attend Holy Mass.

And I attended Mass that morning. The Mass was at 11. And you see, I was present with my body, but I'm not sure that I was present with my soul and my heart. And I couldn't wait for Mass to end. But you know how the children are when you wake them up, you know, in the morning to go to Church. And that's the way I was that morning. And as I told you, I couldn't wait for holy Mass to end. I came home. And you see the first question my mother asked me that's how they checked you know, and who was in the Gospel she asked I didn't know but my mom is all mother; she always you know showed us or emphasize something. And as you know, mom always said, when you go to Church, you have to listen to the priest.

After that, we had a family lunch. But before lunch, three friends came from the village, and they called me. They were in front of my house. They wanted me to go to play soccer with them. And there is this meadow where we used to gather to play soccer. And that's where I went on that feast day. Maybe we played soccer between 3 and 5:00 p.m. And all of us when all of us got tired, we started walking slowly towards our houses. And walking towards our houses, we met these girls Ivanka, Marija, Mirjana, and Vicka.

And I got to know very well only one of them. Vicka went to the same school as I did. She was a year older than me, but I did not know well the other two girls. One of them lived in SVO and Ivanka lived in Mustar and they used to come during the summertime to spend summer holidays with their grandparents. And my friends who were with me, they asked them what they were doing, where they were going, and they told us that they would take a walk that they were going to look for the sheep. I didn't ask them anything. I was very shy at the time and I never really talked to the girls and I couldn't wait for my friends to end conversation with the girls. When they ended conversation, the girls left. They took off and we started walking towards our houses. So the biggest number of my friends took off and they went to the village. But you see my house is kind of away. It was kind of away from the village and a friend went with me and in order that I could change very quickly because two of us wanted to watch basketball game in his house. And at that time there were maybe five, six families in the village who possessed colored TV.

And you see a father of a friend of mine was working in Germany at that time because they had colored TV. We watched the first part of that basketball game.

And you know on the break at half I said to my friend, let's go to my house and grab something to eat so that we can go back to your house and watch the second part of the game. I came home. I grabbed something to eat. And you see, I started walking back to my friend's house. But you see, we wanted to watch the second half of basketball game, but we never saw it.

We never watched the second part of that game. Something else happened. Walking towards his house, we heard a voice coming from the distance. Ivan, come. Come to see our Lady. I saw nobody in front of me. I didn't see anybody behind me. And you see the road we were taking was not really a road. It was a path which was, you know, covered with bushes and maybe goats and sheep were the only animals or beings which could go through. And because we didn't see anybody, we started walking further and further. And you see, walking further, we were able to hear that voice better and better.

And in one moment, we turned around and you see, we saw one of the girls we had met before. Vicka started running towards us. And she was so scared. She was shaking. She was bare feet. And with a shaky voice, she said, "Come, come with me. There is our Lady on the hill."

I had no clue what she was talking about. I was 16 and I had never heard anything about the apparition. And I turned towards my friend. I asked him what she's talking about what our Lady. I had known this girl from school and she always wanted to talk a lot. You know, I started looking at her, watching her the different ways. Something was going on with her. And you know, I said to myself, that's not the Vicka I've known.

Let's go with her. So, Vicka was walking between two of us. And you see the way she was behaving. it wasn't clear to us, and the fear started entering into us and we came to that place maybe 20m after we saw the other two girls, they were kneeling They were turned towards the hill. They were crying and you know they were waving with their heads and you could see that they were looking at something when we got closer to them and then Vicka started telling us with her hand with her arm. Look towards the hill. Look up. I looked three times and I saw the most beautiful image of our Lady.

And I can tell you I didn't look at Her longer than 10, 15 seconds. She was standing on the cloud. She had a crown of stars, and She was waving gently towards us. The moment I saw Her, I ran back to my house. Nobody was able to catch up with me. That's how fast I ran.

When I came home, I didn't say a word to anybody. I didn't say a word to my parents nor my brothers. And that night I had zillions of questions which were going through my head. If that was possible, How come that it is possible? Was that truly our Lady?

You see, I saw Her, but I was not sure myself. And you see, till the age of 16 I had never dreamed that something like that was possible to happen. I had never had a devotion to our Lady. I had never heard or read about apparitions like Lourdes. I was a practical believer. I went to church. I prayed together with my parents. And in those years, in that age, I was not worse or better than others. But you see that night which was waiting for me.

It was a night of questions and night of waiting, wondering what was going to happen. What I was the most afraid. What I was afraid the most was what if our Lady comes tonight to my room? What I'll do? Where can I runaway? And you see I was afraid of dark in that age of my life that I never went, you know, during the night or in the evening anywhere when it was dark.

And you see I couldn't wait for morning to come. And finally, when the morning came, And you see from my room I was able to hear the mothers, the other mothers from the village who came to my mom to ask her if I told anything to my family. And they said to my mom that they heard that I was with the girls who saw our Lady and I could hear my mother climbing the stairs and coming to my room. She knocked at the door of my room and with a shaky voice she said, we need to talk about something. We heard something. I need to ask you something.

She was kind of nervous. And you see, I opened the door of my room and I told her what I saw. I told her I saw Her. I saw our Lady, but I'm not sure. And you see on that second day the word spread. A lot of people started coming from different sides and we spent all day long with people. And you see the people from the village and other people used to spend lots of time with us because they wanted to protect us from police from government authorities and around 3 4:00 p.m. the people who spent the day all day long that day, they were telling us, "Let's walk with you and you show us where you saw the Blessed Mother last night." Maybe She left something. Maybe our Lady left the sign, and spontaneously we went towards the hill. And before we came to that very place, our Lady was there waiting for us, holding baby Jesus in Her arms. I will never ever forget that day in my life.

You know at age of 16, I was not able to go forward. I was not able to go backward. Holding baby Jesus in Her arms with Her right arm hand. Our Lady was waving to us to get closer to Her. She was smiling. You see, I was thinking to run away. But there was something stronger than me, than my desire in one moment. Not, you know, I'm not talking about my own strength over those rocks which were ahead of us, thorn bushes, we just get closer to Her. When we came to Her I cannot describe that moment to you.

Our Lady was before us and She came to us. We were got closer. Holding baby Jesus in Her arms and with Her right arm She lifted Her right arm and placed it above our heads and She spoke the first words. “Dear children, I am with you. I am your Mother. Do not be afraid of anything. I'm going to protect you. I'm going to help you. I'm going to lead you.”

You see, it was very hard to get back to yourself, to calm down. And you see my emotions were so strong that I thought that I was going to have a heart attack. One of the girls who was like relaxed the most asked the Her who She was, what was Her name. And our Lady answered, "I am Queen of Peace. I'm coming, dear Children, because I'm sent by my Son in order to help you." “Dear children, peace, peace, and only peace. Peace must reign. Peace must reign the world. Dear children, peace must reign between men and God and among people. Dear children, this world, this mankind is in great danger. in danger of self -destruction.”

These were the first words, the first messages which our Lady through us gave to the world. From these words, we can see what is the greatest desire of our Lady, forty-four years after these words She spoke. And you know we can address these words to this very time we are living in. And these words apply to this time the time we live in.

We distant ourselves from God. At the beginning, our Lady says, "Dear children, I'm coming to you. I'm coming to you to tell you that God exists. So decide for God. Place God on the very first place in your lives. Place God on the very first place in your families. Have a new relationship with him. New friendship.” Mother comes to us because She wants to lead us all towards Jesus. She wants us to meet with Him in the present time to have a new relationship with Him. He is your peace. And our Lady invites us that we become good apostles in this time that we become the carriers of peace, the carriers of goodness.

And that's why She says, "Dear children, decide for good. Fight against evil. Fight against Satan. Fight against all evil which is present in today's world. Do not talk about peace but start living peace. Do not talk about prayer but start living the prayer.”

Our Lady needs today each one of us. But She needs those who pray and She has repeated so many times. “Dear children, pray together with me. I can realize my plans with you. You are the ones I need.”

Mother comes to us. Because She wants to strengthen each one of us in faith. She wants to strengthen the Church in faith because She is the Mother of Church. And that's why She says, "Dear children, if you are strong, Church will be strong as well. But if you are weak, Church will be weak too. You are the living Church. You are the lungs of the Church. Dear children, may each one of your families become a living Church. May each one of your families become a chapel where the prayers are said. Dear children, there is no living Church without living family. One more time. There is no living Church without living family. And today's families are filled up with wounds. Our families are bleeding. And more than ever, our families need spiritual healing. And only if our families are healed spiritually. That's the only way that our societies are healed and that's the way the world is going to be healed.”

And that's why our Lady comes to us to bring us to give us the Divine cure. Cure to us and to our pains. She wants to heal our wounds. She wants to bind our wounds with so much love, so much gentleness and the warmth of the Mother.

And in one of Her messages, She says, "Dear children, today's world, today's men kind goes through the most difficult crisis. And the biggest crisis is the crisis of faith in God because you distant yourselves from God. You distant yourselves from prayer. You distance yourself from God's love. Dear children, today's the world, today's mankind walks towards future without God. We are accepting the modernism of the world, and which is taking us away from God. The prayer has disappeared from your families. Parents do not pray together. Father has no time for mother and mother has no time for father. Children do not have time for their parents or parents do not have time for their children. And love has vanished from our families. Morality is falling apart and there are so many young people who are entering into marriages without preparation and there are more and more divorces, and the families are falling apart. External influences of the world, the speed of life, social media, social media, and all of these things influence more and more young people.”

And our Lady calls this with the words I'm going to share with you, social media and our Lady says social media is cancer. Cancer which is growing and causes metastasis in the world. And this is what is pressuring young people and drags keeps them away. It's a great big work of Satan. Satan is using media to destroy us. You see we can use media for good as well. For instance when we spread the Word of Gospel but we have to learn how to do that the best way. Our Lady encourages us and She invites us to do this. We live in the world of great challenges. Very often we hear that the world is in crisis. And we also hear the words that we have economic recession.

But our Lady says, "Dear children, you see the world is not in a recession, economic recession, but the world is in spiritual recession. Because every spiritual recession gives birth to all other recessions including economic.” We are far away from God. And that's why our Lady invites us on a special way to the Eucharist. She invites us to attend holy Mass as a center of our lives.

During one occasion, during one apparition, while we were kneeling before Her, our Lady said these words, "Dear children, if you have opportunity to choose to see me or to go to Holy Mass, do not come to me. No. Go and attend Holy Mass. To go to Holy Mass. It means to walk towards Jesus who is given to us during Holy Mass. It means to surrender to Him. It means to open to Him. It means to receive Him.” And besides Holy Mass, our Lady invites us to go to monthly confession. Confession has no other options. Confession is important. Pope St. John Paul II he said when he had the meeting with the bishop, St. John Paul II said today's the confessional of the world.

And after confession, everything is born anew. Our Lady invites us to Adoration and veneration. And on the special way, our Lady invites us to go to Adoration. And She invites priests to open their churches for the Adorations before the Blessed Sacrament. And our Lady also invites us to renew the prayer of the holy Rosary in our families. to read holy Scripture in our families.

And in one of Her messages, She says, "Dear children, have holy Bible on the visible place in your homes. Read holy Scripture. Meditate upon them. You do read the small parts of the Gospel so that you can stop and meditate and hear what God is telling me today. Because these Words we read from Gospel are the Words of Jesus speaking to us. And may these Words of Jesus become a spiritual food of you in your life.”

Our Lady invites us to forgive. So many times She has said forgive dear children. Forgive to yourselves. Forgive to others. And that's the way you will open your hearts to the gifts of the Holy Spirit without forgiveness. There is no healing nor spiritually or physical healing or emotional. That's why it is necessary that we forgive. It means to set us free from inside out in order that we can receive Holy Spirit that we can receive graces. In order to have a perfect and good conversion, our Lady invites us to pray, but to pray with the heart. Prayer with the heart. It doesn't mean to pray with the lips. It doesn't mean to pray mechanically, not out of habit. To pray with the heart, it means to pray with love and out of love. It means to pray with our entire being so that our prayer becomes a meeting with Jesus, conversation with Him, rest together with Him. And then when we finish the prayer with the heart, we are filled with peace and joy.

And our Lady has said so many times, “Dear children, may the prayer become joy to you. Be joyful in prayer. Dear children, whoever prays is not afraid of the future.” Our Lady asks us to spend three hours in prayer daily. Not three hours, you know, at once all together. Not to just pray the Rosary three hours, holy Mass, reading of the holy Scripture, Adoration before the Blessed Sacrament, to pray the holy Rosary, to talk among our family members. It means to do the good deeds, help others.

This is the program of prayer. That's what our Lady asks from each one of us. I can recall one pilgrim Lady. She came from Italy and she heard three hours of prayer and she came to me and she said, I cannot believe that our Lady can ask us to pray three hours daily. I tried to explain to her, but it wasn't working. She went home and she came back the next year. And she asked me again, "Does our Lady still want us to pray 3 hours daily?" I told her, "You are too late, ma'am. Our Lady does not want 3 hours anymore, but She wants us to pray 24 hours. And do you know what that Lady told me after I told her this? Okay. Okay, good. Fine. But I'm sticking to those three hours. Sometimes we are selfish in our prayer.

Our Lady does not want anything from us that we are not capable of doing. But She asks what we are capable of doing. In one of Her messages, our Lady says, "Dear children, if you want to start a school of prayer, you have to know that there are no breaks or weekends in a school of prayer. It means to attend the school of prayer every single day. Dear children, if you want to pray better, you then must always pray more because to pray more is a personal decision and to pray better is grace. Grace is given to those who pray more.”

Very often we say that we have no time, that we work a lot, that we are too busy, children are in school, we cannot get together when we get back home. We have to cook. We have to watch TV. We have to do some shopping and time is always a problem. But our Lady says in a simple words, "Dear children, time is not a problem. Dear children, the problem is love. Dear children, when a man likes or loves something, one always finds time for that. But when one does not like or loves something, one will never find time for that. You see, if there is love, we will always find time because we love something, we like something, we will find time.”

Through all these years, our Lady has been with us, She wants to show us a new way. She wants to lead us out of this dead end street. She wants to lead us out of darkness. She wants to show us the way of light, the way of Hope, because She comes to us as a Mother of Hope and She wants to wake us all up from this spiritual coma the world is in today.

I would like to share with you about the apparition I had tonight here. And you see it is very hard. There are no words. There are no such nice words that I could express everything. You know what I want to tell you about the meeting? Each meeting with our Lady is a meeting with heaven because a piece of heaven always comes with Her. And when She comes, behind Her in the distance, you can see heaven. You can hear the singing from heaven. And after each meeting with our Lady, it's very hard to me to get back to the reality of this world. And I believe if you are able to see our Lady only for one second, I do not know if this world, this life, would be interesting to you after the meeting.

It is very hard to describe everything. And the most difficult thing for me to describe is the love, love of our Mother, how much She loves us all. And in one of Her messages, our Lady says, "Dear children, If all of you knew how much I love you, you would cry for joy.”

That's how great the love of our Mother is. And it is hard to describe the beauty of our Lady, but She has grayish dress, white veil, blue eyes, rosy cheeks. She has a black hair. She always stands on a cloud. And She has a crown of stars, kneeling before Her every day. We are always stunned with Her beauty. And once we asked Her, Mother, Mother, how come you are so beautiful? And our Lady said, "Dear children, I'm beautiful because I love you as well." And you are going to become beautiful.”

And this was the answer to all of us, what we are to do for each meeting with our Lady. All of us prepare with the prayer of the Rosary and praying a Rosary with you tonight. And you see as the prayer goes on, every evening the same like tonight, you know in my heart, I feel that I'm getting closer and closer to the meeting with Her and the moment that I kneel down. That was the moment when our Lady came and as a sign of Her arrival is the light. We see the light which appears and behind that light our Lady comes. When She comes I'm not able to see anything else. I'm not able to see or anything in front of me or behind me. I do not have a sense of time or space. And our Lady came joyful to us tonight. She greeted us all with a Motherly greeting. “Praise be Jesus, my Dear children.”

And after that, She lifted Her eyes and looked into each one of us. She extended Her hands. And in Her Mother's tongue, She prayed above for each one of us. After that, She prayed above the present priests in the special way. And in a special way, our Lady prayed for this parish we are in today. And our Lady spent time in a prayer praying for Holy Father Pope and She also prayed for vocations in the Church. After that, our Lady gave us Her Motherly blessing to each one of us and She gives Her Motherly blessing to all religious articles which were brought to be blessed.

I recommended each one of you, your needs, your families, all of these petitions which were presented here in a written form. And also after that, our Lady spent a period of time praying for peace in the world. In that prayer, She left in a sign of light and the Cross, greeting us saying, “Go in peace my Dear children.”

Five days ago our Lady gave the message to the world and let's hear the words of our Lady which were given through Marija’s vision on March 25th. “Dear children, in this time of grace when you are called to conversion, I'm encouraging you little children. Offer me your prayers, sufferings, and tears for conversion of hearts that are far from the heart of my son Jesus. Pray with me because little children without God you do not have a future or eternal life. I love you but I cannot help you without you. Therefore say yes to God. Thank you for having responded to my call.”

Our Lady talks to each one of us because She needs each one of us. Each one of us is important to Her. That's why each one of Her messages starts with the words, "Dear children of mine, and at the end of each message, our Lady says, "Thank you, dear children, for having responded to my call.”

And you see our Lady is the one who gives thanks to us today. Thank you for having responded to my call. said, I hope that all of us are going to respond to Her call. That all of us are going to become new instruments in Her hands in this world we are living in. That we are going to carry and share this joyful word with the world. Do not look for external signs that we need to see something, that we touch something, and then say I believe. Our Lady wants each one of us today to become a living sign of a living faith.

All of us should be happy because our Mother is with us even if we cannot see Her because in the Gospel (John 20:29) it says, blessed are those who have not seen but believe. Believe that way. Thank you. Thank you very much. And God bless you.

Questions. Okay. Father, we have couple questions.

So what is heaven like Ivan?

It is very hard to describe heaven with the words.

Whatever I say tonight too poor because human words are not enough for description. Our Lady showed me heaven twice. It is a great space without borders. I saw people dressed in garments in a different colors. I saw angels and I saw people united in a prayer and then singing. And you see, I saw heaven from a distance. It was a large distance. I was not close enough to see more or to describe more. Do you know how the Gospel says, eyes did not see nor ears did not hear? Yeah.

The second question Ivan will just have few.

Why do you think Mary chose you?

I'm still wondering why me? But you see, I did ask our Lady why me once long time ago. And this is exactly what our Lady said. I asked Her, "Mother, why me? Why did you choose me?" And She smiled back to me. She said, "Dear child, I do not choose the best." And this was the first and the last time I asked this question.

Okay. The last question,

What will it take to unite all Catholics and Christians and one body of Christ?

What we need to do to unite all Christians in one body of Christ, Ian says we need to pray and more than ever all of us need unity. But what I know what our Lady wants unity that's the only way we are able of building the new world. The world in which we are going to have more peace, more understanding where we are going to be in peace with God.

Let us pray more. If we pray more, I'm sure, I guarantee to each one of you that you will not have any more questions. Thank you very much. (Presentation by Ivan Dragicevic – Seer at Medjugorje)

In the beginning Our Lady made her messages known to the visionaries on a daily basis and through them to the whole world. Commencing from the 1st of March 1984, Our Lady began to give weekly messages on Thursdays to the parish community in Medjugorje, and through them to the rest of the world. Since some of the things that Our Lord desired were fulfilled, as Our Lady said , from the 25th of January 1987 onwards, Our Lady would give her monthly message on the 25th of each month This has continued up until the present. Mirjana Dragicevic-Soldo, Ivanka Ivankovic-Elez and Jakov Colo had daily apparitions until 1982, 1985, i.e. 1998. Since then, Our Lady appears to them once a year and gives a message.

Latest Medjugorje Message, March 18, 2025 - The annual apparition of Our Lady to Mirjana Dragicevic-Soldo

The visionary Mirjana Dragicevic-Soldo had daily apparitions from June 24th 1981 to December 25th 1982. During the last daily apparition, Our Lady gave her the 10th secret, and told her that she would appear to her once a year, on the 18th of March. It has been this way through the years. The apparition lasted from 13:30 to 13:35.

“Dear children! With motherly love I implore you: give me your hands folded in prayer, give me your hearts cleansed in confession and I will lead you to my Son. Medjugorje Message, December 25, 2024 - Annual apparition to Jakov

At the last daily apparition to Jakov Colo on September 12th, 1998, Our Lady told him that henceforth he would have one apparition a year, every December 25th, on Christmas Day. This is also how it was this year. The apparition began at 2:45 pm and lasted 8 minutes. Our Lady came with little Jesus in her arms. Through Jakov, Our Lady gave the following message:

“Today, on this day of grace, in a special way I am calling you not to live a life striving for earthly goals and not to seek peace and joy in earthly things, because in this way darkness takes over your life and you do not see the meaning of your life.
